This Privacy Policy explains how Alpha Apps Hub ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of the AYA MeetConnect mobile application (the "App"), collects, uses, shares, and protects your information.
AYA MeetConnect is intended only for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to create an account or use the App; age is checked at sign-up and on every launch, and under-18 accounts are blocked.
By creating an account or using the App, you agree to this Policy.

All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS).
Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (providing the App), consent (e.g., precise location, personalized ads — which you can withdraw), legitimate interests (safety, fraud prevention, product improvement), and legal obligation (e.g., retaining financial records).
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that process data on our behalf, and with other users as part of the App's normal operation (your profile and content are visible to other users; messages are delivered to recipients). Service providers include:
We may also disclose information to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights and safety of our users and the public.
We show ads in the App through Google AdMob. To serve, limit the frequency of, and measure ads, AdMob and its advertising partners may access your device's advertising ID (the Android Advertising ID), together with limited technical data such as device type, app interactions, and an approximate (IP-derived) location. Depending on your settings and region, ads may be personalized; where consent is required we ask for it, and you can withdraw it at any time.
We do not share your precise GPS location, profile details, photos, messages, or other content with ad networks. We also configure the ad SDK to cap ad content at a maximum rating of PG and to mark the App as not directed to children (it is strictly 18+), which keeps gambling and other inappropriate ads out.
You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization at any time via Android → Settings → Privacy → Ads (reset or delete the advertising ID). VIP subscribers do not see ads while their subscription is active. For more detail, see Google's Advertising policies and how Google uses advertising data.
The App lets users post and exchange content (profiles, photos, videos, moments, comments, messages). Objectionable content and abusive behavior are not tolerated.
The App is for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we will terminate it and delete the data.
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. You can delete your account and associated data at any time:
Deletion removes your profile, photos and videos, moments and comments, messages and voice notes, likes/gifts state, your in-app coin balance, and device push tokens. Deletion completes after a ~30-day grace period; if you sign back into the App during that window, the request is cancelled. Transaction and purchase records are retained for the period required by financial and legal regulations, then deleted.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS). Access to backend data is restricted by server-side security rules and authenticated, server-authoritative functions. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
Our providers (e.g., Google) may process and store data on servers located in other countries. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).
Depending on where you live (e.g., EEA/UK under GDPR, California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these, use the in-app/web deletion options above or contact aya.meetconnect@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We do not sell or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law, except device identifiers used for advertising as described in §5; you may opt out via your device ad settings.
The App is not directed to children and is restricted to adults 18+. See §7.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date; material changes may be notified in the App.
